tomorrow a good swath of the nation from texas to the midwest will be under major heat. we are talking temperatures 10 to 15 degrees above the average for this time of year. that is what they are dealing with is a ridge of high pressure. out to the west we still have a very active jet stream pushing storm after storm into the pacific northwest. you can see another one moving in tomorrow fighting to the north not impacting us much and then here comes another one toward the end of the week and that will be the story here as the systems are likely passing to the north of us. our temperatures for the most part are just a little bit above average. not too much to complain about. the pollen count will be on the rise. we are up to 6.6 tomorrow that is still considered in the medium range but once we get to thursday and friday we bump it up into the medium to high
