office. he is running against the former phoenix police sergeant. if you're using obama care, your bank account could take a major hit. there's no way to sugar coat this. arizona is ground zero for rising health care costs. and brahm resnik is live in the news room with details. >> reporter: the almost 200,000 people in arizona insured under oh billiona care will feel the pain. the state that once had some of the lowest premiums in the country will have some of the highest in arizona could cause whiplash. in 2014, year one of the affordable care act, the most popular plan for a 40-year-old non-smoker earning $30,000 a year cost $197 in arizona. it was one of the three lowest premiums in the country. but next year, look out. the same plan for that 40-year- old non-smoker will cost $507 a month. one of the three highest

tonight looks good. 63 to 70 across the valley. clear skies tomorrow. lots of sunshine. the temperature between 90 and 95. that is above normal this time of year, but it is certainly better where we will be as we say towards thursday. skies across arizona. is thatry clear. that storm track is staying well to the north of us. you can see some of that on- shore flow pushing into portions of northern california with rainfall there. all of that is staying away from us. we have high pressure that will it pretty much rides up and over arizona keeping us dry and very warm here the next few days. this does start to change as that high shifts towards the east. it starts to weaken and it opens us up for another area of low pressure moving us in from the west. it will help us cool down and also maybe add some clouds and a few chances of rain up in the high country. lows in the 40s and 30s. up in the high country

we're going to see the warmer temperatures in the central and lower desert. places like tucson at 95 and 94 over in yuma. we're going to get up close to 100 by thursday that's what we're talking about with some of these near record high temperatures there across the state and then we start to cool down. as you can see over the weekend as that storm moves in, and we get the clouds. that is pretty much it for now and then we do drop down to 89 degrees as we head into next tuesday. halloween lo degrees. that's a look at your weather if i recollect and we'll send it over to coop with sports. and it hits the up right. it is no good! >> and john ryan to hold. >> and he misses it. that is impossible! >> oh, my god. >> that is impossible.

to get paid. that is a complete outrage! >> my big problem with the nfl and josh brown is we have seen this before with the ray rice and greg hardy situation serving as backdrops to the new and improved hardline approach. the nfl was supposed to have implemented relative to domestic violence. a four-woman panel was e crane created to help the nfl deal situations. so where were they? and exactly what was their role, if any, in dealing with the josh brown situation. also, as part of the ray rice fall-out, the nfl's new policy regarding domestic violence included an automatic six-game suspension. so why did josh brown only get one game? hey, look. i don't understand the nfl. i don't get the act at all regarding this matter.
