january after voters dumped him on tuesday. the 84-year-old sheriff will still have criminal contempt charges hanging over his head. his pal donald trump could make that headache go away fast. here is what president trump can do drop the criminal contempt case against arpaio us justice department prosecutors charged arpaio last month with the blessing of attorney general loretto lynch and obama employee. prosecutors tell me that trump's appointee attorney general can shut down the case. the trial is up to us to start in december and his attorney wants to delay it until april at the earliest. trump's victory means arpaio will likely never have to worry about a trial. another reason he wants the case to go away is it is costing him a lot of money. he is paying his own attorney bills. brahm resnik 12 news. with nascar enchanted being so close to veterans day some
