in the satellite center - and bryan the officer is saying he was provoked?! the officer says he was kicked and kneed in the groin before he punched the woman. when 12 news talked to the woman in the video - marissa morris - she claims she did no such thing. if you haven't seen this yet - let's catch you up. this cell phone video has been shared hundreds of thousands of times in just over 24 hours via social media. a flagstaff officer seen punching a woman point blank in the face. we are told morris was in the process of moving out. she was being evicted and that's why officer assist other officers. he had his body camera turned on when pd was looking for her. he was told his help was no longer needed - so he went back to his car and turned off his camera. flagstaff pd says he then saw morris from his car... approached her and tried to arrest her. that's when the cell phone video started rolling... but his body can was turned off. he turned it back on minutes later when she was on the ground. pd says morris is facing charges of aggravated assault towards an officer and resisting arrest. officer bonar is under administrative leave while nau police do an independent investigation. live in the satellite center, bryan west, 12 today. checking hot

the former attorney for jodi arias is facing suspension. the arizona state bar association is recommending a four-year su kirk nurmi. he allegedly breaches the confidentiality between attorney and client... because he wrote a book about the case. firefighters battled a large debris fire at a metal recycling plant in phoenix. it broke out thursday afternoon near 35th avenue and broadway road. crews worked to prevent the flames from spreading. there's no word on how the fire started. and target is trying something different here in phoenix. the retail store plans to open up a new "flexible- format" store near 16th street and camelback.

limits for some united airlines passengers. the carrier says it will launch a new "basic economy" fare next year... those passengers will only be allowed to have carry-on bags that are small enough to fit under the seat.
