are going to shoot me, but unless i see a gun in your hand or you have immediate access to a gun, i cannot resort to deadly force. by state law in order to protect yourself or another it is possible to be out of policy and not criminally charge. it happens all the time. the reason is simple. you can't nail everything down. if they go into too many specifics you paralyze both the citizen and police officer. every single incident is completely different. i've never seen to that or even close. basically to arrest somebody who is resisting, you have to overcome the resistance. if they are hitting you with close this you can go to the next step and hit them with a baton or taste them.

on that jacket. big changes are coming our way. a storm system off the coast of the pacific northwest. you can see how the storm system is beginning to come together. it will combine with a lot of moisture just off the coast of baja. anytime we start to see this, we want that moisture to move through at the exact same time so you get a to move in towards arizona and that's what creates the rain. we could see less chances of rain right now so it looks like the best chances on the eastern side of our state. still a decent chance of rain here in the valley from monday morning to the early afternoon hours. you can see the temperatures are going to drop. 69 degrees by monday. buy things to keep that by thanksgiving, 76 degrees.

of the season last night getting blown out by northern iowa and a quarter round. this afternoon, bobby hurley and the devils are taking on two lane and the losers bracket of the tournament. this newcomer continues to sign for the devils. this is a wicked throw down. they got the crowd and the devils off of their seats. a solid all-around game. 80-71. they will play davidson on sunday in the fifth-place game. that high school state football semi finals are here kicking off in less than one hour around the great state. four teams in each division battling to play for championships next saturday at the university of arizona stadium. we will have all the highlights and action.
