christmas, there's stockings and decorations and at christmastime, it can look jumble, should people ditch that? >> well, it's two fold. you want to show a warm and cozy home. but at the same time don't overdo it. you want people to make sure they're paying attention to h decorations and also not the message, that buyers might get, they're not ready to sell right now. you do want to keep it to a minimum, or keep the fragile stuff stored away. you never know what little hands may come through. keep it safe too, cords and things that are lit up.

sending things to matt here who is out there with the ironman challenge. >> reporter: i'm exhausted here, just because of the at letcism is just incredible -- it all takes place here at tempe beach park. they transsition interest -- transition to the park -- they turn it around and then do three more times. absolutely incredible and then the run after wards, yeah, they run a full marathon. 26.2 miles and last year, lie nell won this last year -- if you can belief that. absolutely incredible to think of the times, and the weather

for the event now, overcast, but the rain is moving into the southern portions of the state. that will increase as we head into the evening time. we have a storm system in the central portion of california, that's going to mix with the moisture and we're looking at the decent chance of rain, we have it through this evening and tomorrow morning. about a tenth of an quarter of an inch. if you live up north or eastern valley, you can see up to half an inch of rainfall out here. so certainly a big event. the snow levels at 8,000 or higher and then drop to 7,000 late monday morning. so only about a inch of accumulation, probably a flurry or two. 70 in globe, a cool 54 in
