one man dead after a shooting near 16th street and thomas. witnesses say about seven people were fighting at the time. police are still looking for the shooter. a 23-year-old man behind bars after biting an officer. he was being arrested for trespassing when he allegedly bit the officer trying to put handcuffs on him. tree cutting permits are now being sold for the holiday season. there about 600 available and they will they cost $15 each. you have to bring your own material and equipment. the cardinals lost yesterday. it is raining out there this morning, but there is one good thing happening today, adele is back.
