victim. police tracked down two suspects... "darius jones" and "christina rooney". but detectives are still on the lookout for two others. 3 ((again we belive that we have the firearm that was involved in with it but these two to three other people were involved in the robbery shooting so i would consider them dangerous.)) 3 (sam)>> the incident happened in the same general area where two other shootings ... both deadly ... have happened in recent weeks. 3 (bill)>> in other crime news.. ... prosecutors are urging nevada's supreme court to reconsider reversing a recent murder conviction. it stems from a shootout at the sparks nugget during the 2011 street vibrations event.police say the shootout between rival biker gangs left one dead and three wounded.washoe county d-a chris hicks says the justices who ordered a new trial last month didn't place enough weight on casino surveillance video.hicks say the video shows a conspiracy to assassinate a hells angels leader.the sentencing was

nevada supreme court claimed "ernesto gonzalez"... the once convicted killer... was denied a fair trial following errors by the washoe district court judge. 3 (sam)>> we have an update for you ... on a story we brought you first on news 4 today... a fire at a u-haul facility in reno... has been ruled an accident.fire officials say two u-haul trucks were lit on fire and three were damaged early yesterday morning at the u-haul business on south virgina street.according to fire division chief scott williams... the u-haul security footage shows an unknown man trying to siphon gas out of a truck while smoking a cigarette.the attempted burglar accidently started a fire when his cigarette got too close to the gas.the man fled the scene and authorities are still searching for him. no suspects have been identified so far. anyone with information regarding any of these cases is asked to contact secret witness at 322-4900 3 (bill)>> in economic news...

orchestrated by the u -s government.state media is reporting that the university of virginia student was accused of entering the country as a tourist and plotting to undermine north korean unity.it didn't say when he was arrested.the state news agency identified the student as "otto frederick warmbier" ... saying he was under investigation. australia .... authorities said today...they had seized large quantities of methamphetamine and ephedrine hidden in bar stools and soup mix packets shipped from china. four people were arrested in sydney yesterday and charged in the shipment of illicit drugs and chemicals contained in three shipping containers that arrived this month from china.customs officers found 351- pounds of meth worth an estimated 75- million dollars in the backs of the bar stools. 3 (samantha)>> sad news this morning from the world of sports... the first american man to win an olympic gold medal in downhill skiing has died. "bill johnson" died yesterday at an assisted

oregon. johnson had been battling various health issues after suffering a stroke in 20-10. he won gold in downhill skiing at the 19- 84 winter olympics ... after publicly predicting he would win the event. johnson attempted a comeback in 2002... hoping to qualify for the salt lake city olympics. but he wiped out on a practice run at the u- s championships and suffered a traumatic brain injury. bill johnson was 55 years old. 3 and we will be right back.3 3

3 (samantha)3 >> a national transportation company is moving its headquarters to sparks.i-t-s logistics is pouring millions of dollars into their new warehouse... which is expected to be completed this spring. news 4's alex cannito is live with a look at this latest project. 3 (alex - live) 3 its logistics will consolidate most of its business operations into a 630,000-square-foot campus at 555 vista blvd. in sparks, nev. the move will begin january, and is scheduled for completion late-may. the new campus - which formerly housed general motors - will allow its logistics to move its corporate offices, five warehouse and distribution centers, and reno-sparks truck yard operations under one roof. its logistics has signed a 12-year lease and plans several million dollars in improvements to the facility. the campus will feature expansive new corporate office space and a dedicated transportation center, including operations, dispatch, and a new driver's lounge with breakrooms, showers and restrooms. in addition, it will feature a large, easy-access truck yard with more truck and trailer parking, large indoor and outdoor meeting areas for picnics, food trucks and company events, and ample employee, customer and visitor

some pretty good numbers elevations. >> we are looking to see one foot-2 feet of snow at the highest elevations. some of those places, blue canyon is going to get hit pretty hard and as we move further east into this year out we are looking at four inches-7 inches that lake level. still quite a bit of snow expected. today is a lot warmer so we could get a mix of rain and snow but by saturday morning we are looking to see things turn to snow even spilling into far western nevada. here's a look across the region. it's much warmer out there today as winds picked up overnight and reduced the cooling effects so we have much warmer morning lows 41 in carson city, 48 in minute and carterville and mid 30s around the lake and in reno we are at 470 and partly cloudy skies. the winds are dying down just a little bit. earlier they were at 35 miles an hour now they are out of the

spillover to far western nevada by saturday morning. when we put futurecast emotion we are looking at quite a bit of cloud cover four western nevada and rain showers for northern california. by four pm p.m. snow all along the sierra and really picking up a mental overnight tonight. so three am saturday morning. with snow in snow in the sierra is spilling over the far western nevada we will deftly see a mix of rain and snow by early tomorrow morning with things clearing out by saturday afternoon with lingering showers through sunday morning. around the lake today is a mention the lake wind advisory in effect with winds out of the south about 25-30 miles an hour and gusting upwards of 40 miles an hour. with these warmer daytime highs we are looking at a mix of rain and snow. but as those lows drop overnight we could see three inches - 7 inches at lake level by tomorrow afternoon. scattered rain showers through carson city with a daytime high of 52 degrees. then we are looking at the
