we have a great weekend on the way weather wise we have a little bit more and fog sunshine in the afternoon and ice temperatures going to be mile near the bay the kind of on the hot side for the inland spots. this afternoon concord will be in the '90s i'm thinking it's not going to be quite as hot as it was yesterday or the day before that. the sea breezes forecasting pretty strong that will bring some of the cooler air and off the ocean. san jose in the '80s today san francisco i believe will be stuck in the '60s all afternoon just like yesterday appeared the fog rolling into the bay for this evening and it's going to set up shop into sunday morning. warmus in antioch at 97 today, 85 san jose and redwood city will top out at 82. alisha with the forecast will be like tomorrow and the rest of the weekend.

>> on to the new spot ac transit will be meeting with members this morning to talk about a judge's ruling that ordered both sides back to the bargaining table. the union then filed a lawsuit against ac transit asking for negotiations. this after the agency opposed contract workers the contract is set to go into the back tomorrow. it includes slashing labor costs by about 9% as well as increased fares administrative cuts. meantime the union's president said the judge's ruling is from of good thing for everyone. >> it get this to a place that i believe that will get a fair contract and we will continue to provide the highest level of safety and service for the riding public. it's our responsibility as bus operators to make sure we get our passengers from point a to point b safely, on time every day. we have not been on strike in 33 years. it shows in 18 years we
