the power next wednesday or thursday. they said it is glad to be the biggest event on the bridge this year. >> therefore tower legs but you're seeing three here, they will lift one per week and as you can see from the aerial vantage point right next to traffic on the bay bridge they have built a giant steel blocks. that is the framework for the tower legs, it is enclosed on three sites. it is open on its fourth side that will face oakland entering the operation they will move the first barge here and it will lift it from the barge and up into the box. that is tricky because the way on the barge as it sheds it could tip over and they will need to pump in water constantly to keep the bridge from tipping. no boats will be allowed anywhere near the barge and the weight from any bill would stop the operation. it will 21 like next week, another a week later, up one flight per week

welcome back its 6:45 a.m. and a developing story that we're falling right now there is an apartment fire in oakland. we're live on the cn and firefighters responded to the call and 530 a m. it put out the fire and when they searched other unions to make sure everybody that was out they found pot plants. did not tell us how many, they do say that the fire looks suspicious, they are investigating the cause. pg and each cut off

power well they are investigating the cause and handling the fire. the fire was contained to the rear of the building in the stairwell and to get to more news faster we're turning to our sole reporter. julie, give us the layout of the land and shows why you see. >> ok, this is the apartment that caught on fire, it was this apartment building that was caught on fire, the put out the fire very quick and they wanted to search to make sure there is no other hot spots and that is when they found two rooms that are concealed. there are filled with marijuana plants. one room had marijuana plants and the other had baby plants that were just running. those two rooms where discovered and called into the police. but they did not find anybody and nobody was harmed in the fire appeared right now they're going to determine whether it a legal " growing facility or illegal.
