>> parents of special needs of students of the mount diablo school district. school started yesterday but however school bus problems have been major. and these kings are not ironed out until next week. >> mount diablo unified had to call 100 parents of special needs and tell them that there were problems with the cit school bus. at the could not be fixed until monday/wednesday. when. said the bus never even came to pick up for special needs child on the first day of school. she had to take of several hours to drop off, pick up. when she went to the school, the bus driver had the wrong address listed in his paper work. >> with budget cuts, blamed, usually the have all summer however, that was close until early august to save money. the district said that 60 were added special needs, and new software.
