he reversed his own ruling that would have given california the go-ahead to execute albert brown. now his execution is on hold until of least early next year. nine page ruling he says the ninth circuit court has ordered him to take a closer look at california's new execution policies and he cannot do that in today's. the judge says he did not have the full story when he made his last ruling. the state knew but never disclosed to the court that its loss few doses of sodium expire this friday that a nationwide shortage means it can get more of the drug until early next year. without soak p.m. it is impossible to do lawful lethal injection. he notes that with just seven and a half grams of the drug left it doesn't even
