vacaville, new details this morning in tuesday's double murder in that city. authorities have released the names of the two victims, san francisco chronicle reports 20 year- old richard press, 21 year- old cameron several were shot and killed inside apartment. it had before 2:00 a.m. on tuesday morning. a third person 21 year-old sarah burke timer was found wounded outside the apartment, she is expected to be ok. officers arrested the suspect identified as 18 year-old richard hopkins. he stormed a police station smashing a glass doors and window before being taken into custody. no word on a motive, officers believe he may have known the victims. the attorney representing philip corrido de man f accused of kidnapping and holding captive and his bodyguard. but to keep
