story coming out of oakland where police rain now are looking for the person involved in a shooting that killed one, in turn three others. 1200 block east 20th street. 9:00 p.m. last night, the victims all male drove themselves to a hospital one was pronounced dead. to the other injures remain in critical condition police have yet to establish a motive for the shooting we will let you know as we learn more. this recent violence comes on the heels of a new survey that names to bay area service among the six most dangerous in the country. at the bottom of that list, richmond it came in and number six. richmond was arranged 14 last year. oakland #five. this report uses the fbi data to determine which city has the most violent crimes per capita. >> this is not a competition

130 san francisco, san jose 237. following the story about authorities across california searching for a berkeley man suspected of breaking into a hall and such and assaulting a young girl. we have what we believe is a sketch of the man. there is. it is believed that he is headed to mexico. dave guingona taught to neighbors in berkeley about the assault. >> so sat is described as 6 ft. tall, 1 90 lbs., heavy accent, may have injuries on his hands in figures. berkeley police he fled the bay area to mexico in a gray 97 for a ranger. this is the berkeley neighborhood where the assault occurred, when he entered the victim's home through an unlocked a bedroom window. by the time police responded the suspects had marty fled.
