can find out is that this swat team was moving to this one block at the time to english and fun of this suspect in a home and they did not suspect he was there. and he took hostages, became distracted and then moved into the second home and that is where the swat team found him. earlier, he had had a scuffle with a sheriff's deputy that was taking him to pa dominican hospital for an mri. he was able to get hold of the sheriff's weapons. and here is the sheriff. >> following the mri, the inmate was being cuffed with ankle bracelets by the deputy and took appendage of the position and punched the deputy. it started in the facility and he fled into the perimeter of the hospital area. and he managed to take the deputies taser, and use that on the
