the rain evaporates before it hits the ground. and that moisture is going to spin off shore and combine. they're going to come together and bring this heavy rain for the latter half of this weekend. and a look at futurecast for this weekend it looks like showers but very dry out there this morning. everything you are seeing on futurecast is going to be very light. and will continue as we make our way through the day and we could see that that is futurecast is indicating by 4:00 p.m. and that could be the turning point but it could be pushing through. over night saturday night, sunday morning heavy snowfall rotating through livermore and will continue to the early mornings of 4:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m. however, by 8:00 a.m., high, dry.
