through the evening last night in san anselmo. some residents were concerned about the creek overflowing its banks. at one point yesterday morning the water did rise to about 5 ft.. the line of where that water was underneath the bridge. it started to receding and receded because there was no rainfall in the town. fire officials say they are concerned about this creek when they're received 10 in. of rain here in town. it can hold 13 ft. of water and there are centers along the creek letting them know how that water level is doing and high how how high it is getting. at this point they say that on expectorate to cause any problems here with the script for the weekend. >> we are dealing with their rain and wind making driving treacherous but look at this video out of washington state.

evidence. >> 1991 jury found this man maurice guilty for shooting and killing 26 year-old judy during a drug deal at the housing project in san francisco. the second-degree murder conviction was from one witness who told police she did not suit killed him but changed her mind after seeing the picture at the police station. for 20 years he has claimed he did not commit the crime. his case wound up been attorney linda star with the northern california in a summer project. they took the case because they believed he was innocent. they say another killer who is serving a life sentence admitted to killing him. >> somebody killed him but the wrong person his wrist at being held responsible he was inside the apartment was somebody ought to was and even outside. he's been saying the same thing since before it was convected which

was he knew who the perpetrators were and it did not include him. his attorney failed to look at any of those other people or do any investigation to see if in fact he could demonstrate they were the perpetrators. apparently no other to the pleas are the district attorney's office we did have lots of investigation that nobody dead. one perpetrator confessed he was in fact the person who shot. and said that he had done up with others none of those others was mr. caldwell. >> they said jury convicted him of killing their loved one the only witness who testified risk her life by coming forward and telling the truth. >> she was a perfect person. not been related and coming forth she actually was given an award from the tops citizens for doing that risking her life.

over the years these bridges over passes are too small to handle the load. with flood control projects over the years that has changed those remaining bridges they are now flood control project that of our water round just in case. we had bad floods back in '95 and again in 97 when an area south of downtown san jose was flooded. there was a disaster declaration and there was problems of our dry bay. there is a levee around so far so good in san jose by the way just in gazers the problem the water district house and in inflatable dam they can actually plugged into one of these overpasses and stop the water. a lot of rain squalls coming in right now along with the wind reporting live from.
