>> the rain will be on and off today and the chp is asking drivers to slow down. in san francisco $1 and kron 4 news. >> in the north bay of the cleanup continues from the sewage spill in marin county. sanitation crews working up to christmas day managed to clean up about a quarter of the 3 million gal. spill. some residents complain to reggie the crew should of kept working for christmas to clean up what they think is that ecological disaster for the bay. >> this was a scene of christmas day, bulldozers were parked and workers were nowhere in sight. it was a much different story of friday as crews raised against the clock trying to finished repairing the pipe that caused the second sewage bill on wednesday, before the weekend storm of been. according to the sanitation district website workers did finish in time. the other big concern was cleaning up this bill on the first one that occurred a week ago. officials now believe both pipelines like about 3 million gal. of raw
