6:29 a.m., wheel of focusing done storm trucker for we are seeing rain in the north. >> on the radar as well. dealing with light rain this morning, continuing to see rain in the afternoon as well. breezy as we head into the afternoon hours, evening springs lingering showers. the radar this morning shows you where we are getting showers off the north bay coast. showers to actually creep away in london. right now we're picking up rain drops in to back the bill. what we are dealing with is some isolated spot showers through much of the day. currently temperatures in the '40's for most part. much warmer than that in half when bay. low '40's in the south bay, cool spots fairfield, in the up coming in at 39. future cast 4 show's chance of showers and the north bay, best chance of a late morning hours into the early afternoon. it looks like we will

plan to wait until the sun comes up so they can thoroughly inspect the permit that caught on fire. here's a video that we shot right after the fire started on claremont drive, this started, they don't know the cause yet. it got so hot to people were forced to jump out of a second store story balcony they landed on the ground and broke bones. maybe legs, ankles. they were taken to hospital. four other people were taken gospel for smoke inhalation. altogether 28 units on the second floor, 22 of them displaced. those people are being put up by the senior center. they don't know if this place as a sprinkler system at this time. they do have an alarm system. fortunate for that that allowed residents to wake up in the middle of night for them to understand what was going on. for them to leave the building which is why we don't see any

shooting. >> it has been a rough start in oakland a very violent start. there was a silly shooting of a 15 year-old on saturday, the latest in a string of islands in oakland. over the past two weeks, a lot of it involving teenagers. two other teenagers killed last week in an unrelated shootings. 17 year-old christopher jones shot as he helped his sister put her five month old daughter in the car. you can see the locations of the shootings here. six hours later 18 year-old darnell was fatally shot in the 3100 block. last tuesday night's six people were injured by shooting including a bystander who was watching tv. two other men were both found fatally shot in separate shootings in west oakland on tuesday and wednesday. 29 year-old fish smell suffered from a gunshot
