the live this is kron 4 news @ 5:30 p.m.. oakland mayor jean claude is heading to washington dc next week for the annual u.s. mayors' conference. it struck paid for with taxpayer money. and our continuing series you pay for care and kron 4 takes a look at how the new mayor's trip compares with oakland's former mayor ron dellums. >> oakland mayor is heading to the annual u.s. mayors conference in washington d.c.. the mayor has promised to be frugal in office. we decided to investigate and see whether where there's a difference between clients upcoming trip and former mayor ron dellums same trip taken last year. here's what
