>> these double murders did not take place in a secluded area. there're light still on at the place. i knocked at the door. there's nobody inside. this is video right after the shootings took place. a man, and a woman, and employees were killed inside of the store by a gunman who walked and. they arrested a person in connection with this case. the police department are not saying whether this is in fact the shooter. emotive not being released right now. perhaps they don't know right now. --most of--the suspect has not been released. we have not heard back from the police department on more on this investigation. i can tell you mark, there was a lot of activity at the time. not only

woman. employees at the place. a person was arrested in connection with the case. we don't all fit the former employee, love triangle, we don't know. i put a phone call into the san francisco police department to get any new information on this. there's probably a good chance surveillance video it said the store at the time. a lot of the shops protect themselves with a lot of things including surveillance video. this is how much activity is down here at the time we have tourists along the strip here, all sort restaurant right next door. according to the coffee shop worker she says the place was opened at the time. at the very least employees cleaning after working all night. whoever did this wanted these two people dead. hopefully we will get

the state address tonight. he faces the daunting task of trying to figure out a budget deficit over 18 months. brown has proposed a plan to cut spending and borrowing, the rest could come through taxes and the fee increases. voters would have to choose that themselves in june to pay higher taxes or fewer services. a poll done suggests many would be willing to foot the bill for taxes and fees. rigid kumar breaks it down. >> in a survey 49 percent said they would rather pay higher taxes and have more services than pay lower taxes and have fewer services. 69 oppose the idea of raising the sales tax on all purchases. half say governor brown will be able to work together while 29 percent think they will not agree on anything. >> the latest with the protest
