government supporters flooded into the square. the situation was, at first. then the mob of perot supporters on horseback and camelback charged the crowd. that is when the situation evolved into a mass street fight. you see playing out on your screen. rocks were thrown on the parts of both sides. they've been tearing up the streets and sidewalks. tearing up the sidewalks to get rocks. we have seen a number of people being carried away with injuries. the scary thing is there's a lot of children in the crowd. this is the peaceful up until now on a lot of parents have brought children to this were to take part in the spirit and now they are caught up in the mayhem. as for military the army is there but has done nothing to stop the violence. we are keeping an eye on that. we

no fault continuing on into the northeast. new england getting plenty of snow fall along the eastern seaboard this morning. a different picture and our area appeared free of fog this morning starting off on the warm side. 53 degrees, 524 napa, down in the south bay in the upper 40's. we did start off with the gusty winds and the health this morning. right now clear conditions of will stay that way through the afternoon. lots of sunshine by the end of the week that's when temperatures skyrocket. you'll notice a difference by the end of the week. this afternoon 63 san rosa, 58 percent francisco temperatures staying in to the mid to upper 50s low 60s through these bay and the south bay as well. but look at the seven day an abundance of sunshine stretching through the week. by the weekend which could bring it up to 76 for saturday, and sunday. '70s until next week.

a.m., the hopes of attending a four year and of university may be ruined at least for now. that's because the entrance exams were lost. act announced it lost 100 and exams. those high school students take the a c t in december like they're supposed to. some universities say it's too late to retake the test because they have to mail out acceptance letters and a month. a spokesman says there's not a whole lot they can do right now. they've asked the students to plead with colleges to allow them to retake the test. >> was detached depending on dec. testing, i could do better on that than the s.a.t. because i got a very low score on acetate. now my chances of getting into universities, i think are very low. now colleges
