disturbance call. kron 4 talked with joan's sister about today's decision. >> not enough evidence to pursue criminal charges against the 2 oakland officers involved in the shooting death of 37 year- old derek jones. that's the message that alameda county d.a. nancy gave the jones family on tuesday. i spoke to derek jones sister by phone and she told me there was shock and outrage among the family when they heard the d.a. decision. in fact, for the next two and 1/2 hours that went back and forth with the d.a. trying to figure out why there are no charges against the officers in the case. she told me ultimately the d.a. to the family there's not enough evidence or enough witnesses to pursue criminal charges. the jones family they say they will not give up seeking justice in this case, they will now focus on the civil case against these two officers and the oakland police department. at the alameda county superior courthouse kron 4 news. >> the news of the d.a.'s decision not to press
