siskiyou county sheriff's department says additional agencies from northern california and oregon joined the search effort saturday for 23- year-old alexander gautreaux. about 100 people are currently involved. siskiyou sheriff's spokeswoman allison giannini says gautreaux went missing thursday at mount shasta ski park after calling his family around noon to say he was going to make one more run before returning home. giannini says rescuers are trekking through snow along two snowboarding routes at the park that gautreaux takes most often. 2 ft. of snow has fallen since thursday. san francisco man was shot several times last night. 21 year-old suffered life- threatening injuries when bullets flew in to the windows of his house. it appears to be a drive-by shooting. there have been no arrests. the east bay oakland police say they were transmission problems with hand- held radio saturday morning as they responded to a shooting at a hotel. it happened in oakland, police say was bad weather and the age of the antennas that cause the problem. rigid kumar

with more. >> reporter: this is a third time that all pd dispatch has caused problems for officers tried to communicate with each other. the most recent saturday morning, officers were called to a shooting at this hotel on enterprise way. to people were shot at the hotel. none of their injuries were life- threatening. they would not confirm if the problem contributed to officers not being able to find the gunman. while trying to secure the scene police officers reported having transmission problems, with their hand-held radios appeared i t says they believe they isolated to a specific antenna. testing indicates operation is back to normal. earlier is a this month they had a similar problem. officers lost radio

crew uc says they're being told this road will stay shut down until least 630 sunday evening. >> marty: you can stay up-to- date on our web site www.kron4.com. rescuers are searching for a snowboarder who went missing on mount shasta. the siskiyou county sheriff's department says additional agencies from northern california and oregon joined the search effort saturday for 23- year-old alexander gautreaux. about 100 people are currently involved. siskiyou sheriff's spokeswoman allison giannini says gautreaux went missing thursday at mount shasta ski park after calling his family around noon to say he was going to make one more run before returning home. giannini says rescuers are trekking through snow along two snowboarding routes at the park that gautreaux takes most often. two feet of snow has fallen since thursday. a man is in critical condition after being shot several times last night. the 21 year-old suffered life- threatening injuries when the bullets flew through his window. it appears to be a drive-by
