colder spots. the >>pam: kron 4 reggie is live in san francisco where street flooding is still an issue. >>reggie: it happens a lot on the great highway. take a look of the southbound lanes right across the street. that you could see how flooded they are. this caused closures between lincoln st.. they say it's because of last night's a rainstorm, look at the video you could see how flooded the lanes are. it's too on safer drivers. officials tell me they will not reopen the southbound lanes until the next storm passes through. officials tell me the water used to dry salt on its own. if it will come out here and get rid of it. she's lived here for about two years, she said the great highway is closed a lot in the winter. >> the road is closed every three or four months due to what's right behind you. a

believe that 18 year-old is responsible for an armed carjacking on park boulevard. it happened last november. the police chased the man in the stolen car but were unable to catch him after you exited the vehicle and fled on foot. in san jose, jose, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. he was arrested for striking several san jose police officers in their patrol cars. the officers were at the scene of the shooting on the santa clara street. three officers were injured in that incident. federal authorities canal screen the immigration status of arrestees in every county in california. it lacks six counties were adopted to secure committee's program this week. through january the agency are some 65,000 people who were identified through the program. immigration officials say more than 70 percent of them
