ft. of 5 b-17 in the santa cruz mountains. we have dropped about 8 degrees and the three hours that i have been here. while day weather wise across the river south bay. this snow is about the only thing that we have not seen here so far. it was a gully washer for a while there this morning. this wathere was a small stream advisory close to the till about 10:00 this morning because there's too much rain, too fast. the critical overwhelmed silver crossing at the entrance of saw christmas tree bark. at one point the water there was 2 ft. deep and the current was strong enough to pull threats. the far from came in and shut that down. upstream it was spilling over and just like
