anxiety and stress. >> henry: strangely enough wering becomes a habit. >> bad worry is a habit, it is a learned habit. we need to this the thing over and over just like anything you learn. itself reinforcing. it teaches some people have to change that habit. if you change the habits you can change the pathways in your brain. >> henry: how could i tell it's beyond healthy? >> it's not solving problems. the difference between could worry and that worry, could worry is solving problems. bad is apostles. if you feel your morning about the

same things over again creating anxiety and loss of sleep. then you are probably worried too much. and not about things you could actually do something about. >> henry: you have extensive solutions here. are there simple things people can do off the bat? >> you'd be surprised at the list did you write it down. then sort them into things you can possibly do something about, and things you can't do anything about. then there are techniques to deal with each of those. mickey yu mormaking it more effective in solving the problems. focus on what you want have happened. for example, i'm

(laughter) when you get 50, we don't like grandparents. we are not our grandparents 50. a lot of boomer's relate to when i hit 50 i will be led by grandparents. it's like the teeth in the jar commercial. >> henry: horrible illnesses. >> every other commercial is about your bones crumbling, your joints falling apart. the truth is at 50 we are in a different place. we have to accept our kids are leaving the house are lives are going to be different you have to make choices now that will take you the next 30

years. i like to say nobody ever guesses and gps from 50 until you are 80. some of those things are what i am today peddle lot of things are different. a lot of people are a new job market, a lot of people had to reinvent themselves at 50. you have to say i am who i am, but when my going to be that for the next 30 years? >> henry: it alludes to hot flashes. do think menopause is real? >used talk about sexual addadd. >> this sexual peak is zero

revolving. i don't think anybody is that a sexual peak in 50. the truth for women, the whole menopause thing, we were meant to to be barefoot and pregnant and dead. you were born, had children, and then if you got through childbirth you are never supposed to raise a teenager. that was never in the universe plan. you drop dead. >> henry: that was smart of nature.
