we're following this story. >>this just in to the kron 4 news room and another public protest in wisconsin. in madison, the capital. the judge is ordering 100 protesters this is a live look. to get out of the building. police are moving in. he is not suggesting that they have to stay out but he is talking about safety issues. getting the building clean. these protesters are ordered to leave. we've been watching that hundreds of thousands of protesters are very upset about the wisconsin governor's proposal to strip public workers of their collective bargaining rights. this is been going on for several days. the judge says that he will issue a written ruling soon. these protesters are welcome to come back during normal business hours. >>pam: investigators are looking on call a man escaped from the alameda county jail in dublin earlier this week. this

man, was being processed back into the facility after a court date on an auto theft charge. somehow he was able to get through six different security doors. the spokesperson says, this could happen. >> either he figured out how to work with them and mechanical workings of the gel or there was a human error. with that said. of the-gills. he was processed. of the jailhouse. he was released with the groups of inmates that was being released into the who is the supposed to be released. once he goes through these security doors this stairwell leads to this whole way. and in this particular occasion, he was with a group of 20 people. a large group. the people that
