counselor in turn specializing in families affected by divorce. when he was arrested for allegedly molesting a 13 year- old client and a 15 year-old client. two men in a triple homicide this happened january 8th, on oakland road in san jose. jonathan blum has surveillance video. >> reporter: in san jose police have released new surveillance video of the moments after bloodily donegun battle. the video shows him chasing the club's owner that he was trying to kidnap in a dispute over drug money. with two other gunmen fatally injured he drags the man towards the door. the owner was shot several times, but survived. another gunman died in the back of the getaway car. the
