taking public transit no problems are reported. >> justine: thank you, city council in san pablo was holding a special meeting to discuss how to handle local state of emergency because of the damage of landslide. last night the homeowners of six properties in danger of sliding down the hill side met for a private meeting. the city's still does not know if the hillside can be saved. home owners about their questions went unanswered. >> reporter: the owners of the six properties damaged attended a meeting with the city manager. many are concerned about how much it will cost to short the hillside. they estimate the damage to be about $5 million. they apply for funding they're still waiting for that. this set up a special account to help
