>>pam: 1 see the leader is doing to prevent this from happening again. >>live, from the bay area's news station, this is kron4 news at 6:00. >>pam: the issue of violence at hayward high school has come to light following several videos posted on youtube showing fights at the school. jeff bush spoke with the mother but one of the boys whose beating was posted on the internet. she said not enough is being done to address the interview. >>jeff: this figure was posted on youtube this month and documents the beating of a 14 year-old former hayward high school student. the boy's mom as cold amount of the school and is home schooling him because she feels the high school is too dangerous. she also did not want her full name or face to be on camera because she is afraid for the basically attacked him, from what i son i saw my son hitting the floor and numerous kicks. if you see the videos you will see this campuses out of control. there is chaos

there and nobody's doing anything. if are they waiting for somebody to die on campus? she >>jeff: said her son getting beat up on campuses bad enough, but the school to not let her know if he was in a fight. >> was notified by another family member that my son had been jumped in attacked by numerous individuals. >>jeff: superintendent declined to go on camera but told kron 4 of the issue with school safety is a addressed. campus security has then beefed up in the pleas departments working with the school to keep tempers down. it also a school board meeting is scheduled for the 27th. the main point of discussion is school safety. in hayward, kron 4 news. >>pam: new of rage over videos showing alleged misconduct by san francisco police officers. these are the videos in question period 83 cases have been dismissed by the district attorney's office. official say the events and the videos conflict with accounts written and police

reports. public defender said the tape shows officers entering rooms without a warrant or consent. the police say they were doing drug bust. tonight the san francisco public defender is attending a forum to address the legal resources for those involved in these costs. and to call for new legislation that would impact the lease. nicholas live in san francisco where the meeting is getting started. >>reporter: public defender jeff is calling for the community's help right now. he teamed up with the people from for magazine in there all issue in these fires through the neighborhood. they're asking for many other people what had similar situations of police creeping into their apartments or their homes without search warrants, or been victims of alleged police misconduct to come forward and >> out tonight. i talked with one of those people on their way in and here's what he had to say. >> what happened to me was a

tragedy. over five years ago they took me out of my room, handcuffed me and they put me on detainment and about a half-hour they let me go. today it's monumental to not only share my story but for the people to share their stories as well. >>reporter: there are a dozen people talking about their stories right now. i also caught up with public defender jeff on his way in. he said he is still working on a law that would ban police officers from ever using a master key to enter an apartment without having a proper search warrant. reporting live, kron 4 news. >>pam: police in the north they are on the lookout for a suspicious person who tried to lure the young girl into his vehicle. it happened on the 1500 block of san anselmo ave. police

say the man targeted an 11 year-old girl however, she did get away. police detective describes what happened. >> received a report an 11 year-old girl who had come home from middle school, she got off the bus stopped at san anselmo ave. she was walking home when a man in a black of van pulled alongside her and asked her if she wanted a ride home. she said no, ran down the street to about fern lelane and when she turned around the van was no longer there. the man is described as a male white, 30 to 40 years old with short hair cut, a stocky build. this is the first report we've had in san anselmo in regards to this particular man in this van. i did receive information from a citizen stating that she observed on man matching that description in the same
