>> justine: police are asking for the public's help to identify these men mass suspects who they say broken to a jewelry store earlier on this month. according to police they broke a front window of the jeweler's gallery on petaluma boulevard april 12th. they entered the store, smashed several g glass display stealing jewelry. they believed to have fled the area and the nissan maxima. tinted windows. a 24 year-old pittsburgh man was shot multiple times and then drove himself to a hospital he drums up to ross perot just for 4530 last night after being shot in antioch he told officers he was shot when he stopped his car look at his farm. also police in

>> justine: good morning, jerry brown had hoped to get his budget plan on the june ballot because he could not find the support he's now looking to get it on the ballot but will happen in the fall. dollar deficit 14 billion has been solved lawmakers improved service cuts. more than $12 billion left which brown says can be made up to tax and stanchions. brown needs to get to more legislators' votes to get it on the ballot. despite the lack of support, he has the support

of many people in california. a new survey says the majority of voters to back the governor. kron4 takes a closer look at the survey. >> reporter: time is ticking on california governor jerry brown time to balance the budget and new l.a. times poll released this weekend shows 52 percent of voters agree with brown's budget plan. 38 percent oppose it. it would close the $26 billion deficit to 12 billion in spending cuts, 14 billion and renewing our the increase taxes. specifically in the area of sales, income tax, vehicle tax of move that would last for five years. the governor wants to bring a vote for his plan to the people something that has been opposed by republicans they don't want a tax increase renewed that long. policy changes need to be made, specifically a
