done. she was able to get out, she talked to 911 and said she heard shots fired. when the police arrived at the scene they discovered her 26 year-old roommate had been shot multiple times. the suspect the 30 year- old ex-boyfriend had fled on foot. he was pronounced dead at the scene. about 12:30 p.m. he was arrested at another location charged with murder. we talked with neighbors that were pretty emotional. >> she went out the back window to get away, she heard gunshots, she went out the back window and came to my house. all i heard him say is he shot me, he shot me. i don't know. all i have to
