begin our news coming out of the seven u.s. where violent storms haven't ripped entire towns apart filling at least the alleged killing at least 85 people. the storm ripped through a mobile home park, no reports of any deaths. officials say at least 61 people died in alabama loan this is a turn in their content in alabama. it might not been the only one. dozens of roads impassable. destroying hundreds of homes and businesses. the mayor says the city's infrastructure has been devastated. severe weather that hit alabama and mississippi has ripped through georgia. there were

fifties. his name is not being released. as you can see investigators are hovering around that white s tv this all started around 1:33 a.m. when a 20 year veteran was on patrol, she noticed a suspicious person in the area calls back and tells that this badge i'm going to check there. three minutes later they get a phone call saying shots were fired. they all rushed done here. there as the man was killed in the parking lot. the deputies name is not being released at this time. apparently she was hit multiple times in our head. we're not sure if the suspect hit her with their weapons or his face. her car is still at the scene. it is still running. she is at a hospital rain now being treated for injuries. coming up, we will have a live interview with the public information officer. to get

four hours ago, investigators are still at the scene there focusing in the area of the white suvs. they're waiting for the coroner's office to arrive. this all started around 1:30 a.m. when a 20 year veteran called back the dispatch saying that she is seen as suspicious person. she called back and said she fired shots. we don't know what prompted all of this, but i can tell you the officer was hit several times in her head. her car is still at the scene. she's at the hospital. there are not sure if she was hit in the head with his fists or some type of weapons. they don't know how many shot she fired. but he did die at the scene. they would give the
