morning shooting in san jose. happened around 5:00 a.m. saturday morning. police are saying the two men pronounced dead at the scene, a 17 year-old shot and his condition is unknown. please have no suspects or motive behind the shooting. police and fairfield are investigating what they believe to be a murder-suicide. it took place at this home just before noon saturday. officers responding to a call inside the house that shots had been fired. they found two people dead, one critically injured and the other with the non-life threatening injury. police believe a domestic disturbance earlier caused the incident. a fairfield resident of the home died at the hospital. as the person a suspect in the shooting. >> that person we believe was the suspect in the event. that person was later pronounced deceased of the trauma center, we believe to
