sfo. mark, darya. >>anchor: or think you, erica. the trial for a man charged with fatally stabbing the mother of his teenage girlfriend has started. in opening statements yesterday, the attorney for steven colbert said that his clients falsely admitted to the killing to protect the girl who was 14 at the time. it was ashley taylor would who killed her own mother in their l dorado hills home in june of last year. the couple was reportedly upset because the mother accused clover of statutory rape and discover that he sold drugs. they went to the mother together and it was called for who stabbed the mother 22 times. the daughter previously pleaded guilty to a deal that could get her out of prison by age 29. can you may remember there was a hunt for the two, they were found here in the bay area. the daughter is not expected to testify against her pocket,
