accident. in contra costa county, the sheriff's office is investigating a fatal shooting of a man. here is the location on google earth. shots fired and a housing project at around 10:15 p.m.. the victim is a man in his early 20s. he was found dead in the street. >> the search continues for a nursing student who went missing in hayward last friday. 26 year- old michelle lees was last seen at kaiser medical center in hayward where she was taking a class. she left class during a break around 7:00 p.m. and never returned. last ride her family pass out these pliers opens to develop a week in her disappearance. so they are offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to her whereabouts. her brother spoke out for the first time about his sister's disappearance. >> she was always protective.

apples ceo steve jobs will deliver a keynote speech even though he went on medical leave in january. the annual worldwide developer's conference kicks off monday in san francisco. in the keynote speech jobs is supposed to talk about apple's future which will include new hooks mac software called a line and into the next version of the iphone de and ipad versions. sick >> 5:00 p.m.. better than expected tax revenues will held san francisco avoid massive layoffs as it struggles to close a $300 million budget deficit. the improving economy has greater tax revenue than expected. there has been talk about deferring raises for police and firefighters, to help the city balances the budget and a avoid layoffs.

can give investigators any information on her whereabouts. she went missing around 7:00 p.m. on friday. the sun was up at the time, hopefully someone saw her. we spoke with someone in the neighborhood who said they believed her car was found somewhere in the apartment complex although it will once exactly where. they were a police department for whatever reason has been very tight- lipped. i spoke with the public information officer this morning in the first thing on his answering machine was, i will not answer any questions about the case on michelle le lead unless there is breaking news. they know that she was carrying her cellphone at the time. they called herself and numerous times but so far no one has answered. to add mr. to the case is the fact that she told people after class she was going to reno. all of a sudden, she disappeared.

on the 880 approach is still the best one to get to the bridge. from here to the san mateo bridge, you're ride on 92, no problems in either direction. whiter than usual for the westbound ride. the golden gate bridge to become a slightly different view, the same traffic conditions from the north end to the toll plaza. on the south end of the bridge, a very good ride with no problems coming in from marin county. on yourself they commute, 101 north belt, plenty of sunshine and it easy commute into santa clara from downtown san jose. publicl transit, but a slow start for ease trade. no problems reporter for caltrain or board. >> all of the critical when the equipment aboard endeavor has checked out. the six astronauts are expected to bring the space
