hispanic black hair brown eyes wearing pajamas, she was in the backseat of a white infinity, it was parked at st. catherine's parish in morgan hill, the mother ran into the food bank, left the keys into the ignition the car is gone and the baby is born. we are live in morgan hill with the latest. they have to be concerned if they have not heard or seen anything yet. >> that is right, particularly because we are talking about a 1 month old infant with some pretty special needs. i just came from a police briefing that continues as we speak. the morgan hill police capt jill samson says that they have no confirmed sightings as of 5:15 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. they say they will expand the surge. the police department will now go grid by grid north of bailey avenue in

>> developing news, an amber alert is over after a 1 month old baby girl missing for more than three hours has been found. she is ok, the baby disappeared from st. catherine's parish in morgan hill. this is the location, the baby left in the car seat in the backseat of a car. the car was stolen from the church parking lot. j. r. stone is lies, he just talked to the child's grandfather. >> finally a moment that we and smile about. the chow has been missing for over three hours and finally word out of this area that the child had been found. i want to step out of the way, in the distance, you can see the family members who are out here supporting everyone. they have been

moderate rain in the bay area but it was not widespread, as we head into tomorrow, we will see more widespread rain into the afternoon. here is tomorrow at a glance. as you get out of the door tomorrow morning, the rain will pick up and we have the possibility of thunderstorms as well. the rain will pick up and noon in the north bay and in scattered thunderstorms into the later afternoon hours. here's a look at what is going on right now. a few scattered showers down near san jose. taking a wider view, offshore, you will see the storm that continues to spread. scattered to widespread showers, it will continue to do down towards the bay area as we head into tomorrow morning. we are not picking up anything for this evening. not until midnight, the chances of showers will pick up around the bay area. as we head into the 5:00 hour, and starts to move on shore, we will see light showers and an east bay, the

showers will pick up into intensity. by 9:00, we have some areas off shore. that will move into the north bay by 10:00. the places that will hit hardest tomorrow and into the afternoon, you see all of those areas and is few shattered--a few areas along the coastline. now the rainfall totals will not be very impressive. except for north bay, you could see up to 3 in. of rain. temperatures will be on the cool side again in the upper fifties and low 60s. 57 half moon bay, 57 in fremont, and 63 in san jose. thursday we will have a little break, but friday into saturday we will have another storm. late friday and saturday morning, we will see the heavy is rain. we could get up to 1 in. of rain with the storm. stay with us we will be right back after this.

>> a developing news out of morgan hill, an amber alert for this baby girl has been cancelled. she has been found, she is safe. the child was in a car seat in her mother's car parked at st. catherine's perish on morgan hill. the car was stolen the baby was gone. but now she has been found. here's an update from the police. >> what a happy ending to this story, all day long the search for the baby. then we received word of the police came out of city hall a little while ago the baby had been found in a moderate area. this is a baby that is a month and a half year-old. there is a food bank heine

the church, the mother went into the food bank, left the baby inside of the car with the keys still inside. that was when she went missing. the mother came out just four minutes later according to the mother's sister and the car was nowhere to be found. what a case, i said just 10 minutes ago when i was live that we will get new details but the officers have not yet come out of city hall to give us the details on how the baby was found. from what we do know is that the baby is ok. she was taken to an area hospital to get checked out but they say that the baby is alive and very healthy. when a happy ending to a story that could've been much different. but again, the baby is ok. reporting in morgan hill, j. r. stone kron4 news. >> stories continue to search for the missing nursing school in michelle le, she was last seen friday night headed into a parking garages and since then,

$20,000 reward has been offered to help find her. we are live in hayward, he has an update on the search. >> catherine, that is right. this is the street that i was standing on where her car was found. a couple of blocks from the hospital. as you look over here, you can see the missing persons flyers, the family and friends of michelle le have been putting these all over. for this is just a random car that you have here. the family has put $20,000 for information leading to her safe return. despite having no leads, the police say solving this case is their main priority. >> she is not a bad person. she did not deserve to have this happen to her. um, um, i just want her home. >> the day after a desperate plea from her brother, the
