happened early this morning. the suspect was taken in a cut--to custody at the 400 block. they said they had a lot of help from the community in a lot of tips that this was gang-related, so they'd never their surgeon that led them to the house where they made to arrest, both were juveniles on sunday afternoon for weapons charges. the us go back to the incredible video from early sunday morning. if you can imagine here on university avenue, the victims but--bullet riddled car was stopped as they rushed to the hospital, both parents receive gunshot wounds, but not life- threatening as the baby lay dying in the backseat. the police believe this was a case of mistaken identity and that the victims were mistakenly targeted in retaliation for a beating the suspects said he received at the hands of a gang in redwood city on may 1st. here's the captain on more. >> the night in question,

our investigation tells us that the suspect was arrested sought to individuals on wisteria that he believed to have been participating in the crime in redwood city. army himself and his unidentified accomplice they went to wisteria drive and believing that the two individuals had beat them up were in the car they fired upon the car as it was leaving the scene. >> this is the sketch of the second suspect was under west who on weapons charges. so far he is not in charge, but police believe he is somehow involved and both teenagers are in juvenile hall as this continues. and >> the baby's mother spoke at the same news conference with the east palo alto police, she and her husband were also hit by bullets in the shooting. you can see her wounds were slowing her down. they are stone is alive and has more on the

but they did say today was the first they had been back since the fire. >> this family did not want to share their name but they said they have been living on the street for most of their lives. some of these women including this grandmother were inside of the home when it caught fire. this man told me that he was at work on the back and call of a small electrical fire in his home. the could not elaborate on the calls, but they say it was not suspicious. investigators were on the scene monday combing through debris, i am told that this investigation may take longer because of the two firefighters death. the house is now uninhabitable, the neighbors tried to console the family of four who say they're doing ok but the past few days have been very traumatic. >> services for vincent perez and tony valerio will be held later this week. there will be a vigil on thursday night at 7:00 p.m., funeral services will be friday afternoon at 1230.

bit. >> there is a $65,000 reward for information about the missing student michelle le. the 26 year-old was last seen on may 27th at a hospital in hayward. to help with the search, there is now a billboard featuring michelle le that is set up in oakland. it is near the oakland coliseum. it is one of several digital billboards that features her in the bay area. her family asked the fbi to take over saying that the hayward police department is understaffed. here's a look how the police investigation has unfolded so far. >> this is where she was last seen, the medical center in hayward. at 7:00 p.m. on friday may 27th, she grabbed her cellphone and told a friend that she needed to get something from her car. she headed to the rise, surveillance cameras show were car driving out of the rise but they did not show who was driving. her white honda crv was found the next day half a mile away on a cul-de-sac known as chondrules a court, her

cellphone was not inside. the investigators say that it pinged cellphone towers before going silents midday saturday. her family reported her missing on saturday, but the police did not serve our home in san mateo until tuesday, four days after her disappearance. it was not until two days later did they turn her cellphone records over to the fbi. as for any evidence recovered from her car, the family says that they were told it would take one month to get results from a police lab. the police agreed to expedite the case, but the lab report is still not expected before next week. hayward police released a statement today saying, the analysis of forensic evidence has in no way hampered, or slow the investigation. for its part, the fbi said we have been in constant contact with the hayward police since the onset of their investigation. >> the fbi at every

available resource has been made available to the hayward police department. authorities say that two bodies found in the bay area this weekend, neither are of michelle le. they're trying to determine whose remains were found. the sunnyvale body was discovered inside of a garbage bag in a quiet neighborhood. the police said the bag contained a female victim. we visited the neighborhood today and spoke with some of the residents that live there. >> sunnyvale police said the body of a hispanic woman was found inside of the garbage back on this quiet street. it was loosely close and far between to bush's. many of the residence that i spoke with in this neighborhood were hesitant to talk on camera saying that they're very shocked and surprised to hear about the news. one moment that i did talk to said that she saw the back, a look like to be the size of a large flowerpot, she would never have thought there would be a body inside. the discovery was made yesterday morning when a homeowner notice the back on his property with

many projects that he spearheaded while running the nonprofit agency. with him shown here now facing federal child pornography charges for being in possession of the least 600 and perhaps thousands more of children in graphic sexual positions. city officials are now looking into the case themselves. city officials told kron4 news that they're now on the process of contacting all the parents whose children were involved in the program. and they're looking into whether any of the children are harmed by norris although this is based in san francisco, it has recently branched out to other bay area cities. coming up at kron4 news at 6:00, we will examine with cities may have had kids in their program, and authorities are investigating whether he committed any crimes against children in those cities. that is tonight at 6:00 p.m.. >> and men is in custody in antioch after being arrested

wearing body armor and carrying a fully loaded gun. the police said early saturday morning the suspect aaron harris was gambling outside of a bar. the police approached and several other men took off running, harris walk towards the police. when they tried to take into custody, they said that he struggled, they said they see as a lengthy criminal record. in oakland they have arrested a 19 year-old man with a deadly shooting happening on sunday at o'hare park. the police talked of the suspect less than 20 hours later at a home on douglas wrote. they believe the shooting was gang-related. taking a look of the traffic at the bay bridge toll plaza, no problems was down all lanes are moving clear. many of them are empty. not taking a look is san francisco's is a different story, the top of your screen is 80, traffic is backed up. moving slowly south down the bottom of your screen and highway 1 01. we will be back with

>> new details tonight in the rest of a man that runs a children's our program in sanford's as go, this is a picture of anthony norris, a 46 year-old san francisco resident and director and founder of a program called kid serve he is charged with being in possession of child pornography, police say that thousands of images were discovered on his home computer. census officials as well as other bay area authorities are now launching their own investigation to make sure that local children were not harmed. >> anthony joseph norris and his a nonprofit agency kid serve helped to create this mural in san francisco, now we have learned that city and school officials are planning to reach out to parents and alert them about norris in an effort to make sure that kids were not harmed in any way by the 46 year-old, but they have not done so yet. in addition,

the city officials have suspended the entire kid serve program freezing funds to the non-profit. all of this comes on the heels of him being arrested last week for being in the possession of child pornography. in his criminal affidavit obtained by kron4, norris admitted to downloading pornography, and that he had been collecting child pornography for years. fbi officials said that they have been investigating him after tracing explicit in graphic download to his home address. when approached, the authorities said that he confessed, he is currently out on bail. in the meantime, he is the founder and director of kids served. it was originally based in san francisco the recently expanded to other bay area cities. kron4 news contacted some of the agencies to see if they are looking into norris, the oakland authorities say that they are investigating.
