the alleged shooter is 17 years old but because of the nature of the crime the prosecutor also has to decide whether or not to charge the alleged shooter as an adult which obviously needs more time in prison if convicted. you might recall that on sunday morning at 1:00 a.m., the family of four had just left a baby shower in east palo alto. shots hit the mother and father, injuring both of them all the not critically. of the three month old baby boy was shot in the head and died about an hour after the shooting. the four year-old was shielded by his mother who jumped into the backseat. according to the mother he is traumatized. we
