sunnyvale 77 degrees, a much different picture than what we had yesterday. here is your seven day forecast. we're watching the temperatures drop day by day as we head towards the weekend. the morning fog and the afternoon sun as i said will be a pattern that we will hold onto for the next seven, lifted the temperatures for saturday and sunday. dropping down to the low 80's, low '70's around the bay, low 60s along the coast. a little closer than normal. 6:19 a.m., how was traffic? >> it is not as bad as it could be, we have been tracking what might be called a hot spot here on the 880 south bound. it could've been two separate incidents that happen, right now is a single crash with one lane block in the southbound direction. so far it is not too bad, sluggish traffic and it is even a little slow on the northbound side because that is the heavier traffic. but it will not add much time to your commute. so far, and

kids that got out ok. it was 3:30 a.m. when the fire broke out in the fraternity house. that is on south 11th street. they're the guys, they're all out of the house right now, you can see that they're doing fine. they meted out another have to figure out a place to live, plus they lost everything in sight. the university housing and neighboring houses are all helping also the they live somewhere in the meantime. the fire caused $1.7 million in damage. >> without saying whether they plan on retrying barry bonds, federal prosecutors asked them to postpone the next hearing in the case until then end of august. the former san francisco giants 8 slugger is accused of lying to a federal jury in 2003 when he denied taking any kind of steroids are growth hormones. a hearing was scheduled for this friday to set a retrial

clear in the beginning but then the fog roll back in the afternoon and overnight hours. as for our temperatures, we're looking for a cooler start this morning by a larger margin. six degrees cooler and that is good news. we are looking for temperatures this afternoon to be maybe 10 to 12 degrees cooler. all right now we are in the fifties and low 60s except for antioch, lower 60s at the moment in any out. some of the other locations may not fill the cooling as pronounced as we will in the north bay where we are looking for the temperatures to settle into the low to mid '80s as opposed to the mid-90s yesterday. look at that, downtown san francisco's only 62 degrees, a big difference from yesterday. 82 tell auto, 60 along the coast, an east bay. oakland is 77 degrees, hayward 82, fremont 81, if you reni's bay yesterday, you know that is well below the trick is that we saw yesterday especially out here in the san ramon valley and the delta what we saw a

triple digits. the singular story for the south bay, san jose coming in at 85, los gatos 90, morgan hill 89. as 77 for sunnyvale. the seven day forecast of the cooling trend to continue what does into the weekend but beyond did it will hang on to the morning fog, the afternoon sun was cooling temperatures for the next seven, cooler only in the sense that we were above normal yesterday and the day before we will get back down to where we should be in the middle of june with the temperatures in the low to mid '80s. it looks like we will hold their for the foreseeable future. now a check of traffic. >> good morning we have been keeping an eye on the freeway, not much of the hot spot really. it is only a short way past the scene of an accident that only bought one lane. it is not adding much in the way of time to your commute down to the airport. there are no gray any delays in the northbound direction. i did it is likely to be clear in the next minute or two. let us head to the bridges as the
