we're talking about getting it into san francisco, pam. it is quite nicely right now but the metering lights. let me show you what these look like. basically, traffic going towards san francisco all the way back up! not just this morning but for the entire week. wednesday, tuesday, monday, and even the last week. this back up is going past the normal time. beyond 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., a 11:00 a.m. and finally we narrowed it down. let me show you what is causing the problems. caltran is saying that there is a piece of equipment that counts vehicles. that is of a set of the metering lights to determine how they operate. early last week they discovered that this piece of equipment is not working, correctly. they are
