>>pam: a heavily armed suspect gets involved with a shooting back and forth with an officer involved shooting on this street near ellis and gough. >> here you can see of police evidence technician removing an assault rifle from los floorboard of the vehicle. they have been looking this man for over three days he has fired this same weapon or earlier this week. in this area. two different undercover officers arrived at this apart the building because that information that the suspect was living in the garage on the property. as officers approached on foot they saw him driving out of this driveway right here. >> they engaged the suspect and upon identification, and trying to our arrest him and he pulled out a handgun. >>reporter: suspect was still in his car and fired police said the officers.
