12:30 p.m.. he was gone when his parents woke up this morning. police say garza has the mental capacity of a seven year-old and has not run away before. at this time they do not suspect foul play. police believe a fire set at skyline elementary school is a case of arson. firefighters responded to the blaze at about 10:30 >> a man on the edge of the overpass above highway 4 was there for more than two hours starting at 7:00 a.m.. chp shut down the highway and about 9:30 a.m. officers are able to get the man down and put him under arrest. in the area man is being featured on a television show about courting because of the property that he lives on. along the redwoods near boulder creek

and see if there is a residual value. >> rob fladeboe, kron 4 news. >> this just in, protesters are interrupting the evening commute for many people in the bay area. they are protesting the most recent bart police officer shooting that happened last week at the san francisco civic center station. dan kerman is there with the latest. >> this civic center station is closed right now for both muni service as well as bart service. trains are not even stopping at this station. they're going straight onto powell or bad s. -- invevan ness. protesters became loud and a vocal. some of the protesters began boarding the train and slowing down the train, pounding on the train. at a certain point, the train was delayed from leaving because of

all of the protesters. >> one protester tried to get on top of the train. police eventually stepped in and then the train was allowed to pull off. police at other stations at this point are making the presence of wear. protesters have gotten onto the trains and going to various stations throughout san francisco and the east bay. there is a police presence not just here at the civic center station, we are also told there is a police presence at powell street, possibly montgomery and embarcadero as well. the bottom- line is, protesters are protesting last sunday's

of the train. protesters and boarded the train, pounding on the train into the train was stopped in the civic center for a good 15 minutes. at a certain point there was a show of police force. protesters back off. those that were on the train stayed on the train. there was enough of a police presence that at that point people were able to let the train go and the train moved out. at that point, more police moved in and shut down the civic center station. protesters say this is about the shooting. enough is enough into things and bart have to change. >> the police have yet again killed one more innocent person that they could have dealt with in another way. we are here today to demand the disarmament of the bart police, to demand that they cease to exist in their duties be transferred over to a more responsible organization. >> bart says that the close to the civic center station for safety reasons. protesters of no regard for the elderly, those
