walked the entire stretch of the beach after getting numerous tweets and from viewers asking me to take a look, i have been to quite a few around the bay and what it is nothing dirty, it is high on my list. i have asked numerous people on the beach why it is so dirty, some people believe because it is not enough trash cans but i disagree i found plenty of cans at every entrance to the beach. >> you have people that come here particulate on the weekends that just not know better or do not care but what ever reason, they leave their trash. >> her son once participated in a beach cleanup, some of the things he found? >> crack pipes, hypodermic needles, i mean everything, you name it, we found it. >> this is patrolled by the police force, they write tickets for littering, if you get caught you can pay

the scene of a vigil for the 19 year-old kenneth harding was shot and killed saturday after getting into a gunfight with san francisco police and the bayview district. just yesterday the medical examiner's office dropped a bombshell saying that the bullet that killed him was not fired by an officer's weapon, j.r. stone is at the scene, have they started it? >> they are, and you can see some of the candles and pictures of those that have died. and you can see they're remembering those that have passed. court is a small group out here right now, there is a hope that more people will come out here i ask one of the organizers if she was concerned that this could get out of hand after what happened over the last couple of days the this is what she told me. >> not at all, i think that is something that is being drummed up in the media. i think that those here know how to handle their selves and feel like it is
