warm up quite a bit. i will show you just how much in just a little bit. >> bart commuters are being warned for the protest and this was the scene last week with more than three dozen people were arrested when the stations were shut down. this is being organized by the hacker's group anonymous they're protesting bart shutting down cellphone service as well as of the fatal police shooting of a man that was homeless. we are at the civic center station right now and we are live with late details. anything going on j.r. stone? >> so far we have seen at least three dozen protesters behind me i want to step out of the ways of you can see some of the individuals in the distance keep in mind, three different groups said they will protest today one being anonymous, and two other groups protesting against anonymous. i want to go to some of the video

because police are here in very high numbers specifically bart police, not as to how many officers, additional officers it is hard to say. but i know at past rallies, since this is the third in a row, they have had an additional 75 officers on hand at times. we talk with the people from bart and the commuters, this what they had to say about the protest. >> our message to the commuters is that we're in this together we wanted you home want to keep a railroad running on time but we have to close any stations, or arrest people to make safe conditions then we will do that. >> three weeks in a row, what is your thought on that? >> i wish i could afford to drive into day. >> did you get caught the last couple weeks? >> no, i had money so i drove. >> and other people writing to and from work, they are not gaining friends by doing that they're not becoming friends to them. >> a kind of tries me in

bridge toll plaza sunny skies and through the rest of the bay area temperatures were cooler out there today and remain below average for the most part. 64 san francisco, 89 concord, 78 san jose and 70 in hayward. temperatures were below the average march for this time of year except for concord. two degrees above average there, 69 degrees and 79 below average in hayward. take a look of the fog for tomorrow morning right now we're in the clear is pushed back of the coastline but as we head into tomorrow morning it will return and it will return to the bayshores and even the inland valleys. notice the the north bay is now seen that much fog. the winds out of the north is expected to keep the north they clear overnight and into tomorrow afternoon. later on the fog will scale back to hayward and the peninsula and it does not seem to want to push back in san francisco may remain sucked into the afternoon. the >> if carjacking in the east bay happened near bangkok and 81st street that area is still shut down as police to the perimeter closed in order to look for the suspects. teresa has been out there all day and she filed this report. >> i'm here in east oakland and as you can see behind the police have said down the street at 81st and bancroft. they shut down nine blocks all because of a carjacking that happened at noon on monday they said just before 12:00 to zero officers spotted a stolen jaguar out of west oakland and they try to pull the car over the driver refused and took off after a short chase

that ended up with the driver crashing the jaguar all four occupants got out and started running splitting up into two groups. >> one of the suspects fled east bound with from the officers actually knock over an elderly person and fled through her house at which point they can do to jump over a fence and knocked off the gas meter that caused a huge gas field. the oakland fire department responded quickly and was able to shut off the gas. one of the suspects made a phone call and was actually picked up by his mother. he then fled our perimeter before he was established with his mother we were given information where they believe he was going, the officer stopped him in the area of tracy california and he was stopped and a firearm was recovered in the vehicle that he was in. >> police said during the confrontation in the backyard with one suspect shots were exchanged but no one has been injured. >> we're still searching
