shot to show the area where the police have also gathered and they have promised that they will not be as tolerant this time if the protesters did disruptive. j.r. stone is in the area of the civic center plaza in brings the latest from that location. so far, no delays on board because of the protests correct? >> that is correct and i talk with the offer from the san francisco police department the tell me at this point there have been no arrests. the last time something like this happen there were 40 people arrested and that was last monday. i want to step away so you can look off into the distance some people have walked away from this location but as you can see there are a number of people still out here and if you look to the left, you could see another group this is a man holding a sign supporting some of the police and law enforcement. it is almost like me in front of a group of sharks.

came up talked and protested. apparently there were down below using metal warns and police say we will not close the bart station if you guys do not go past the barriers, or the toll gate. they did not at some point they decided to come back up and now they're marching again headed towards the montgomery street station. i am at fourth and market right now. again no one has been arrested but police are mantra in this very closely. >> at first i thought was about 25 not realizing some people found a back way to go down into the station and there were about another 75 to 100 people side think about 125 people are involved in this protest. many of them are wearing masks from anonymous and other mask to protect their identity. >> any disruption of

that ended up with the driver crashing the jaguar all four occupants got out and started running splitting up into two groups. >> one of the suspects fled east bound with from the officers actually knock over an elderly person and fled through her house at which point they can do to jump over a fence and knocked off the gas meter that caused a huge gas field. the oakland fire department responded quickly and was able to shut off the gas. one of the suspects made a phone call and was actually picked up by his mother. he then fled our perimeter before he was established with his mother we were given information where they believe he was going, the officer stopped him in the area of tracy california and he was stopped and a firearm was recovered in the vehicle that he was in. >> police said during the confrontation in the backyard with one suspect shots were exchanged but no one has been injured. >> we're still searching
