guessing about what exactly is going to do. forecasters are thinking that it could come up 20 in. of rain fall on the region. already pounding grand island, a barrier island. take a look at this wind picking up. grand island is usually very busy for this holiday weekend. voluntary evacuation's are speeding up the efforts. just outside of new orleans they are getting ready for the storm is the water will start rising. people loading up sandbags in preparation for tropical storm league. the expected to make landfall in central louisiana today and turning east. that is not good for drought-parched texas. >> no sign of storms here in the bay area. despite of what we
