cut 6000 jobs and this spring they announced they branches. all this comes as the country's biggest bank struggles to deal with enormous stock losses. since the beginning of the year they have lost 48 percent of the stock price and pay back $12.7 billion to settle claims from investors on faulty mortgages, referred to by many as the most bloated bank in the industry banking analysts question if these steps will be enough to pull the bank back into prosperity. the called saxons part of a bigger plan to make it more focused, more lean and more efficient providing all of its customers and clients the best financial-services. the company also announced that it is launching a six month review next month to look for other cost-saving moves. >> despite today's news

>> firefighters respond and they discovered the bodies of two people man a woman had a good two-story building here in oakland, the fire was in a residential unit above the office of an acupuncture clinic. the oakland police explain why investigators think that there's signs of foul play. >> the investigators believe that there may have this impossible, to the bodies and that investigation today as the autopsy unfold will reveal what exactly happened to the bodies before the fire.

dustin edward cooper they say they he is a parolee that should be considered armed and dangerous. if you have any information you are asked to call the police. >> the two men charged with murdering a toddler in a drive-by shooting pleaded not guilty today the suspects in last month's crime. they believe that the man on the left pull the trigger and that the man on the right was a driver. you are looking at the victim now he was hit and killed by a stray bullet, two other men were injured in an investigator said the the shooting was gang-related. a philadelphia boy was hit and injured but while leaving the giants game last month he is out of the hospital. nine year-old brian weiss suffered a brain injury, a lacerated liver, broken bones and the police say this happen in a crosswalk outside of at&t park with the driver was in a white pickup going the wrong way he was found and arrested the next day. traffic to get worse before it gets better

temperatures are running below average for this time of year. we do have a warm up in store i will let you know when it will move in coming up. >> and world news and 75 people are dead this is after an explosion on a gasoline pipeline that was running through a slum in kenya. authorities said the death toll is likely to rise. 75 bodies pulled from the side of the explosion. more than 100 people rushed to hospital with severe burns, no word on what caused the gas line to explode. one of only two survivors of last week's plane crash in russia has died. the hockey player died today he was badly burned on the plane crashed shortly after takeoff last wednesday. his death brings the death toll to 44. 11 victims were in the national hockey players some of them had ties to the nhl.
