cause of death for michelle le is the next step they recently positively identified michelle me now they will examine what is left of her remains, bones with very little flesh to try and figure out how the 26 year-old nursing student died. the discovery of her remains adds to the list of evidence that hayward police as a court case against michelle le former friend gisselle esteban was in charge with michelle le murder continues. as the bond we see here was taken into custody back on december 7th it was then that the hayward police announced the evidence that they had on her. it includes finding michelle the blood on her shoes. also that michelle le was in her

>> a woman who claimed that the man she killed in her home in san francisco this week in what an intruder has now been charged with murder. the woman said she stabbed a man after he broke inter kirkland avenue home and tried to choke her, but the police now say they found a man was killed outside the home. after reviewing all the evidence the police decided to rest the woman. they said they had not made a more clear decision on what led them to that decision. oakland
