of lead in avenue and aladdin avenue some of these victims are hospitalized, this as you keep windshield, shattered. soon after this shooting right after 1:00 a.m., the partygoers were coming out. approached by two different gun and opened fire. with 3 dead, three wounded. police came from far, white, to attend this party. nobody wanted to see this end in tragedy. >> apparently, there was a party advertised on the internet possibly facebook. participants in bay-area wide. they came to a local business. we do not know what type of party it was just

that it was advertised on the internet. >> so far police cannot know the motive or who the suspect is. they have been interviewing several suspect they do not know if it is gang-related. aladdin is still closed off. yet, they are still trying to find the organizers to began this party to begin with. >> thank you, greg. marty? >> another story from mendocino 8 massive manhunt is over. the massive-manhunt is over that iran bawsl-aaron basler was hit in the woods. da lin. >> reporter: 7 shots were fired and all seven shots hit him in

the upper body the mendocino sheriff's office said that he had no idea that the bullets were coming. he was not given a verbal warning before being shot because the murder suspect was armed and appeared ready to engage in a gun battle. >> the team in gauged and saw him fall to the ground. >> reporter: authorities believe that the had his same rifle as in this. total. a surveillance video capture this vot video photo he burglarized another property on friday and took off with more food and ammunition. this time of authorities narrowed down their search of this near this property. they shot them. >> i wish that it could have

driving erratically away from the convenience store. the driver led the police on to a 880-98 avenue exit high-speed chase. three of these victim's all threatene-with all three fatalities. they come to the scene, collect the physical evidence and provide the investigating officers with a accurate/precise diagram of what bassists. >> and alcoholic container was found but they do not know if the drivers or passengers were impaired. and police will provide an accurate diagram of the scene--the scene.

morning chase on interstate-880 the left three people dead and a fourth person in serious condition. they're likely involved in a burglary at a san leandro police---a salmon--grow convenience store burglary. this ramp was closed for the amount of nine hours on saturday. >> on an early saturday morning, these three people attempted to take a 98 ramp from the 880. >> they lost control of the vehicle. the slide it into a concrete wall. >> reporter: that car the impact was so strong that the car was split into two pieces. the car first came to the attention of the san leandro police. >> san leandro police saw a car driving the radically. they try to stop it. it fled the scene.
