on getting his identification. the shooting took place at alvarado and aladdin, in this parking lot. this was a tap to party. people paid attendance $20 to show up to the party and there was a tattoo artist here. we were told that organizers did not have a permit. that is important because perhaps if there is a permit, security is required. along with the three people that were blindsided by at least two suspects in the shooting, up three other people were hit with non-life threatening injuries. if we do not know their conditions. as far as a motive behind the shooting, at this point visalia police department does not know, they're asking for potential witnesses to come forward.
